Increased Speed of Service and Eliminating Ordering Errors
In conjunction with the WaiterPoS terminals, Harmony installed electronic handheld WaiterPads for Farrers and a printer in the kitchen to accelerate the ordering and preparation process
Via the handheld pads, waitresses take customers’ orders, which are immediately transmitted to the till, for billing, and to the kitchen, for preparation.

Harmony EPOS Solutions installed a Uniwell AX3000 and Phoenix Handheld Ordering System in Hyltons Restaurant in December 2012.

With his thriving burrito restaurant booming in business, James Short, owner of Go Burrito in Lancaster, needed to update his basic cash register to a system that allowed for a variety of menu items. His basic cash register was making billing complicated and time consuming so he wanted a system that made entering the various menu options he has quick and simple- for example, his burritos are available in three different sizes with a choice of seven fillings and six extras!
