This is where our service engineers come in handy; all of our EPOS staff are fully trained on all of the systems we supply. They are also trained in PC networking and problem solving, so any issues you have with your system can be solved by our team.

Support by telephone
Expert advice is always available over the telephone. Our support team can help you with any program changes such as price updates, new products or new staff. We will also send you a full set of help sheets on standard procedure. In fact any issues other than hardware failure can usually be resolved by our team over the phone! This means less equipment down time and inconvenience for you!
Support over the internet
If you need us to, we can dial into your system and make alterations to your EPOS set-up for you (as long as you have a broadband connection). This service is free during the initial settling-in period for PC-based systems.
Sophisticated IT backup
Our state-of-the-art IT system enables us to have efficient control of all our support services and offer prompt and efficient response to callouts. Our clients can also communicate with us by email or through a personalised web portal which allows them to see the condition of their machines and monitor work in progress and costs.
For complete peace of mind we recommend taking out a service contract. Following your initial 12 month warranty period, we can offer an extended support contract which gives you everything mentioned above, with the added benefit of priority status should you need our assistance.
