During the recent major refurbishment at Quayside (formerly The Ship), Glebe Road, Bowness it was an easy decision to stick with the Uniwell system with integrations to CCTV, Back Office, and cloud reporting. Any menu changes can be made from the back office or remotely.

If your till isn’t working, you just fold!” “The systems we use, I would say can last 8 to 9 years. They work perfectly for us. If there is ever a problem, they are fixed within 20 minutes”.
Integrating CCTV to the till system allows Wiltel to monitor any potential issues at any of their sites. The system works in real-time, so you can see how many pints have been poured, how many have been entered in the till and how much money is going into the till. This has allowed a few staff issues to be quickly dealt with.

Android tablets for at table ordering, which are working so well at Bodega Bar & Tapas, can be added very quickly should Quayside change their order @ bar system.

“Harmony provided us with a system on our TVs for advertising, so we can advertise the football, live music and what we are doing in the nightclub. It is a brilliant system. We watch the customers looking at them; it’s a brilliant tool, I’d highly recommend it. “Their value for money, I would say is good. If anybody was going for a new till system or is looking for the type of technology that they’re doing, I’d highly recommend them.”
Harmony also installed their new digital signage system promoting music events, football matches and offers on large TV screens to keep customers updated on all that’s on offer.
